Welcome to our dream home. Over the last 10 years we fell in love with Appledore and the surrounding area. Always dreaming of a home overlooking the water we took the plunge in 2020 and bought Number 2 and named it Dream By The Water. We have renovated it and made it into the beautiful cottage that it is today! It truly has our heart and we hope you love it too.
I’ll never tire of waking up at the waters edge and watching the changes of the estuary through out the day. It’s a perfect couples getaway.

Our North Devon property is in the charming village of Appledore, steeped in maritime history, and nestled at the mouth of the River Torridge. Our luxury cottage is a beautifully renovated old fisherman’s terrace on a street famed for its uniquely pastel-coloured houses.
This is your ‘home from home’ offering a stylish space of comfort, charm and luxury and with glorious sea views across the estuary and sandy beaches nearby. This truly is a special place to be whether you just want to wind down and relax or explore and have some fun.
